FAQ's
Do you guarantee your work?

We stand behind all of our work. Should any problems arise within a reasonable amount of time after the completion of the job, we will return for no extra charge, completely hassle-free.

How do I renew for service each year?

We have 3 options of payment.

A. 10% Discount - This is offered in the beginning of each season. This option is for customers who would like to Pay In Full.

B. Invoice After Service - When we come out to do a service we would leave you a bill for the amount on what was completed.

C. 7-Monthly Payment Plan - In most instances, we can combine all the services on your account into a 7-monthly payment plan that never fluctuates. This plan never exceeds the month of December, for this reason we may have to adjust the plan depending on the time frame you sign up with us.

**PLEASE NOTE: This is for Lawn Care options ONLY and does not give you a schedule of when the service will be completed. **

What are your options for payment?

Don't worry about it. We automatically renew our customers each year for the same services. We have found this makes renewal easy for those who don't want the hassle of mailing or phoning the office.

My weeds aren't dying after you have done an application, what can I do?

Give us a call! We will have a solution for any situation you may be having. Customer Satisfaction is included in our service.

My lawn has irregular shaped patches of tan-colored grass with reddish brown cast, what is it?

This is commonly called Red Thread and can usually be taken care of with a simple application of fertilizer. In rare cases, however a Fungicide application may be needed.

Does rain affect my lawn in a negative way?

It can, in some instances. Large amounts of water on your lawn can affect your weed progression and can also cause a common disease called Red Thread.

Do the chemicals you use have a real bad odor?

Another great benefit of low toxicity chemicals is virtually odorless pest control. No longer do you need to be reminded that you received extermination by a nasty, lingering odor.

What about pets and children?

children need to leave during the treatment and may return 2-3 hours after completion. We ask that during treatments, you either put your pets in a room that is not being treated or remove them from the structure until the materials we have used are dry. Fish tanks need to be covered.

How long do I have to leave the premises?

Because we use low toxicity chemicals, you can usually stay home during the treatment. Flea and spider treatments require you to leave for 2-3 hours. Roaches, ants, mice, termites, and just about everything else can be taken care of while you're relaxing on the living room couch.

I have a whole bunch of pests and a lot of them. Do you have a solution?

If you have a feeling one treatment isn't enough to keep your house pest free, we offer a couple of different options.

What are your "environmentally sound alternatives?"

We use state-of-the-art low toxicity chemicals that are much less harmful to people, pets, and their environments than what is currently offered by the majority of the pest control market.

How do I know if I need extermination?"

The answer to this question is pretty simple. If you see just a few ants or just one mouse, those few ants or one mouse have a whole bunch of buddies lurking where you can't see them. If you have even a slightly visible problem then you have a problem. Left untreated, you could have a crisis.
